The basis for this is the constant expansion of our expertise. We encourage this through extensive further training measures and staff development initiatives.

It therefore goes without saying for us that it should be actively shaped by staff and management alike. Only in this way can corporate values be brought to life. Our responsibility
Dealing responsibly with people and with the natural world is one of our top priorities – along with our product quality standards. Our actions as a company are therefore deliberately aimed at maintaining the natural foundations for life. The comprehensive protection of the environment and of our resources is therefore part of our everyday working practice today in almost all enclosed production cycles. All the plastic materials that we use, for example, are 100% recyclable, we meet 59% of our energy requirements using the company's own gas thermal power station and make every effort to use new, innovative materials.
As a company that believes totally in sustainability, we regard ecology, economy and social welfare as part of an intrinsic whole. We are involved with institutions, associations and foundations in our own region and support international projects that are close to our hearts. Since 2000, for example, we have been helping the Kastanienhof Children's Home, the Clinic for Palliative Medicine and the Sebastian Strobel School with donations and demonstrating our worldwide responsibility by donating to the German Foundation for World Population (DSW).
