Since October 2025, I have been working as Head of Human Resources at GEKA GmbH.
What excites me most is the unique contrast between the company’s international focus with locations around the world and its deep local roots in Middle Franconia.
Especially in Bechhofen, you can feel the strong connection many employees have to the region – often shaped by family networks and long-standing personal ties.
